![]() I used the chalk paste with a small foam stencil brush and then removed the stencil vinyl. Chalk Couture does not make a transfer (yet) for the last day of school, so I used my Cricut Explore Air 2 and some stencil vinyl to create the words. I also did the back of the sign which says “Last Day of”. Once all of the paste is dry, you are ready to show off the sign (and your child of course) on the first day of school!!! The transfer will overlap the paste a bit and if the paste is still a bit wet, the transfer will pick up the paste you have already applied and you will need to start all over. Make sure the paste dries completely before applying the grade. This transfer takes a bit longer to dry because there is so much chalk paste used for this particular transfer. Allow the flags to completely dry (usually about 10-15 minutes) and then apply the “First Day of” banner. Start with the top of the chalk board and apply the flags.
